1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place apples and Manischewitz Cream White Concord Wine in a 9" inch square baking dish.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. With a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Stir in pecans; sprinkle over apples.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
