1. Place brisket in a deep roasting pan lined with foil. Put ketchup on both sides and sprinkle with garlic powder. Add onion soup mix and Manischewitz Blackberry Wine. Cover pan with foil.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
  3. Remove brisket and refrigerate until completely cold. Then, slice and put back in pan with gravy and bake for 1 more hour.
